About Dr Lim Baoying
Dr Lim Baoying is a Sport & Exercise Medicine Physician in Singapore who specialises in helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimise performance, and safely return to sport. As a competitive endurance and strength athlete herself, she combines specialist sports medicine expertise with first-hand experience in training and competition.
At SportsIn Clinic, backed by more than a decade of clinical experience, she has seen more than 1,000 athletes and active individuals. These include runners, HYROX competitors, CrossFit athletes, weightlifters, endurance athletes and active individuals who recover from injury, resolve setbacks, and return to the sports they love.

Dr Lim has been practising within Singapore’s Sport & Exercise Medicine ecosystem since joining the Department of Sport & Exercise Medicine at Changi General Hospital in 2011.
She has provided care across multiple Sport & Exercise Medicine Centres within the SingHealth network, including the Singapore Sport Institute (SSI) (currently known as High Performance Sport Institute [HPSI]), working with both elite athletes and active individuals.
Her clinical work spans sports injury management, exercise prescription, injury prevention, return-to-sport planning, and long-term athlete health. Over the course of her career, she has cared for more than 1,000 athletes and active individuals across recreational, competitive, and elite levels.
