Dr. Terry Teo combines his expertise in spinal health with a personal appreciation for movement and mobility. As a spine surgeon and father, he understands the importance of staying active and pain-free, which drives his commitment to helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life.

With experience in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted spine surgery, Dr. Teo treats a wide range of spinal conditions, from trauma to degenerative disorders. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor running and indoor cycling, giving him firsthand insight into the physical demands faced by both athletes and everyday individuals.

Dr. Lim Baoying seamlessly integrates her passion for sports into her medical career as a sports physician. As an Associate Consultant at Changi General Hospital, she completed her Sport Medicine Advanced Specialist Training and has been instrumental in major sporting events, including the Youth Olympics Games and Southeast Asian Games. 

Beyond her clinical role, Dr. Lim is an avid runner and cyclist with achievements in marathons and cycling championships. As an educator, she contributes to sports medicine knowledge and injury rehabilitation courses, making her a well-rounded figure in the field.

Dr. Bernard’s expertise includes arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstructions, and complex soft tissue injuries, with a focus on individualised, patient-centred care. His commitment extends beyond clinical practice, encompassing teaching, research, and a dedication to empowering patients with knowledge for informed decision-making.

Specialising in shoulder, elbow, and wrist concerns, Dr. Desmond brings a wealth of clinical experience to his practice, having earned accolades such as the Health Manpower Development Program scholarship and the Excellent Service Gold Award. Engaged in teaching and community service, he actively shapes the future of orthopaedic care.

Known as ‘Roland Shoulder,’ he brings over a decade of expertise, holding fellowships and awards, including the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr. Roland is dedicated to advancing orthopaedic knowledge, contributing to research, and mentoring medical students through his teaching roles.

Dr Wendy Fun is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist who believes that safe surgery begins with helping patients feel informed, reassured, and comfortable. With more than 13 years of experience in anaesthesia and pain management, she works closely with the SportsIn team to provide personalised anaesthetic care for orthopaedic and sports-related procedures, ensuring every patient feels supported before, during, and after surgery.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Wendy is passionate about advancing anaesthesia through teaching and education. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Clinical Teacher at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, she mentors future doctors while continuing to refine patient-centred approaches to anaesthesia, regional nerve blocks, and pain management.
