Dr. Lim Baoying Places First in Age Group at T100 Duathlon Singapore

Dr. Lim Baoying, our Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician, placed first in her age group at the T100 Duathlon held in Singapore on 6 April 2025.

The long-course event challenged participants with a 9.5km run, a 64km bike ride with a total elevation gain of approximately 700m, and another 9.5km run to finish. It was a test of endurance, consistency, and focus—qualities Dr. Lim brings to both sport and practice.

Dr. Lim Baoying is a distinguished sports physician whose passion for sports extends beyond her professional realm, shaping both her personal and career pursuits. Graduating from the National University of Singapore School of Medicine, Dr. Lim’s academic journey includes postgraduate qualifications in Family Medicine (Graduate Diploma and Master of Medicine [Family Medicine]) and a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Queensland.
